Terms & Conditions at BN Tourist Homes


1. Booking and Reservation

  • Reservations can be made online or directly at the property, subject to availability.
  • A valid government-issued ID is required for booking and check-in.


2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: 1:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, strictly subject to availability and additional charges.


3. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of check-in.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, cash.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Non refundable policy. Kindly confirm your dates before booking.


5. Room Occupancy

  • Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.
  • Additional guests will be charged extra.


6. Damages and Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
  • The management is not liable for any loss or theft of personal belongings during the stay.


7. Facilities and Services

  • Free Wi-Fi, Power backup, Free On-site parking will be provided.
  • Travel assistance and cab services for sightseeing are available upon request at an additional cost.


8. House rules

  • Pets are not allowed inside the rooms or on the property.
  • Smoking and liquor consumption is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are requested to enter the hotel premises within 10:30 PM.


9. Noise and Behaviour

  • Guests are requested to maintain decorum and avoid noise disturbances that may inconvenience other guests.
  • Management reserves the right to remove any guest exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.


10. Safety and Security

  • BN Tourist Home is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
  • Guests must adhere to safety protocols and use the property responsibly.

12. Force Majeure

  • BN Tourist Home is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations or services due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or other situations beyond control.


13. Modification of Terms

  • The management reserves the right to modify terms and conditions without prior notice. Guests will be informed of any changes at the time of booking.
